Only one user per Premium account. Failure to comply will result in account termination.

The fees applicable for imgbox.com Premium Services are available at www.imgbox.com and as published within the Services. imgbox.com reserves the right to change the Fees or applicable charges and to institute new charges at any time. imgbox.com may suspend or terminate access to the Premium Service for the customer at any time.

There are no refunds for the Premium Service. imgbox.com does not issue credits for canceled accounts.

THE PREMIUM SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS, CONDITIONS, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED OF ANY KIND. THERE IS NO GUARANTEE THAT ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE PREMIUM SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES THAT EXTEND BEYOND THE FACE OF THIS CONTRACT.
